Key Responsibilities:

· Implement activities to sell the services in market.

· Pitch new clients on regular basis by interacting with them via e-mail, phone and on-site visits as well as maintain client relationships

· Work closely with the clients to ensure that new business opportunities are developed

· Gather information and perform complete background workup on new business opportunities.

· Constantly provide feedback to the management on the market intelligence to develop edge over competitors.

· Liaise with Media and Operations department to ensure smooth execution of projects/campaigns.

· Liaise with recovery personnel to inform them about the outstanding payments.

· Responsible for client inquiries and find solutions to client issues.

· Develop sales proposals and collaborate with company’s multiple internal departments to help improve the quality of our services.

· Must be strategic planner and have a strong understanding of company’s services to advise the clients in meetings.

· Responding to questions about our services and provide additional specialized services upon request of our clients.

· Ensure that all requests and project workflows are undertaken in a timely manner to meet client expectations

· Make sure that the outstanding payments are collected on time to complete the sales.

· Prepare client needs analysis presentations and present them to the management as and when required

· Record and maintain client wise status sheets for all jobs in process and share with line manager on weekly basis

· Maintain ‘contact reports’ consisting of details of all clients being pursued for business development along with their current status and way forward.

· Record and Maintain date-wise data related to clients which includes but is not limited to;

o Activity Briefs

o Creative Presentations

o Execution Designs

o Proposed and finalized Media Plans

o Jobs completed,

o Jobs in process,

o Jobs cancelled

o Task Sheets (mentioning job along with roles and responsibilities of each department/personal)

o Vendors list

o Financials

o Recovery and outstanding status

· Line manager can ask for any or all of the above mentioned during or after completion of any project

Role Specific Competencies:

Skills:

· Strong customer services and interpersonal communication skills

· Solid verbal and written communication skills

· Should be able to manage time, projects and sales efficiently and be detailed oriented.

· Strong judgment and decision-making skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Self-directed and be able to multitask

Experience:

· 2-4 years of client services experience is required

· Candidates who have sales or customer service experience have a huge advantage.

· Desire to pursue a career in client services or sales

Education:

· 4 years bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent

Behaviours & Attributes:

· Ability to make good contacts

· Ability to deal professionally with internal and external contacts

· Ability to quickly establish credibility

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: Rs50,000.00 to Rs60,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • client services: 3 years (Required)
