As a Business Program Manager, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the company to develop, analyze, coordinate, and enhance various programs and processes at a strategic level. Business Program Managers oversee non-technical project completion from initiation through delivery, ensuring that distinct projects are completed on time and within budget through coordination with cross-functional teams.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Completion of the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy (MSSA) or expected completion by June 30th

Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal training in project and process management, financial accounting, business strategy, and/or operations
- Demonstrated stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers

Salary:
The typical base pay range for the Business Program Manager IC2 role in the U.S. is USD $64,800 – $115,600 per year. Different pay ranges apply to specific locations, such as the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, where the range is USD $86,400 – $129,600 per year.

Responsibilities as a Business Program Manager:
