Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures within designated areas by managing returns, organizing merchandise, and monitoring for shrink and damages.
  • Provide exceptional member service by maintaining exit areas, assisting with purchases, and addressing member needs promptly and courteously.
  • Support members with self-checkout processes, resolving any issues, and promoting Sam’s Club products and services.
  • Contribute to the protection of Sam’s Club assets by monitoring for potential criminal activity and following security protocols.
  • Assist in training Member Frontline Service associates and facilitating continuous learning opportunities.
  • Uphold company standards of ethics and integrity in all actions and interactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications for the Member specialist:

  • Customer service experience, proficiency in retail operations including front-end equipment operation, familiarity with mobile retail applications.
